How to get started?

  1. Select "Subscribe & Save 15%" on each product page

  2. Select the quantity and schedule that works for you, from 60 days to every 180 days. 

  3. Create your subscription and we will take care of the rest. Shipping is always free on orders $75+, all orders under $75 are subject to $9.99 shipping fee.

Manage your subscriptions:

In advance of each scheduled auto-delivery, we will send you a reminder email showing the items, price and any applicable discount for your upcoming delivery. Skip or cancel your deliveries at any time by visiting Manage Your Subscriptions. You can email us at customerservice@alchimie-forever.com for further assistance

Real-time notifications:

We alert you before each delivery or if there are any problems with your account, making it easy for you to keep track of your subscriptions.

How does it work?

Set up regularly scheduled deliveries and earn savings with Subscribe & Save. Products are automatically delivered on your schedule. You can cancel your subscription at anytime by logging into your account and visiting 'subscription orders'. 

How do I start a subscription?

  1. Select "Subscribe & Save 15%" on each product page. All of Alchimie Forever products sold on our website are eligible for “Subscribe & Save”. Retail only products (exclude professional products and travel size items).

  2. Select the quantity and schedule that works for you, from  from 30 days to every 180 days.

  3. Skip your deliveries anytime by logging in to your account and visiting “subscription orders”. You can email us at customerservice@alchimie-forever.com for further assistance. 

  4. In advance of each delivery, we will send you a reminder email

How do I save up to 15% on my auto-deliveries?

Automatically save 15% off on all of full-priced Alchimie Forever retail only products (exclude professional products and travel size items) when placing any order on our website.

What if I want to cancel my auto-deliveries after only 1 order?

We understand that unexpected things can happen. Please email customer service @ alchimie-forever dot com to let us know that you would like to cancel your auto-delivery subscription. Alternatively, you can also login to your account and go to “Manage subscriptions orders”.

 

Can I change the quantity of my auto-delivery product(s)?

Yes. Simply login to your account and go to “subscription orders”. Click on the “edit” option which is located on the right side, next to your auto-delivery product. Right under the “quantity” option, click on “change product quantity“. Enter the new quantity and click “save”. You will be receiving this new product quantity instead of the old product quantity on your next scheduled delivery date.

Can I swap my auto-delivery product(s)?

Yes. Simply login to your account and go to “subscription orders”. Click on the “swap” option which is located on the right side, next to your auto-delivery product and then select the product you would like to swap to from the list of the products shown. Once you select your new product, confirm by clicking “swap product”. You will be receiving this new product instead of the old product on your next scheduled delivery date.

Can I skip my next auto-delivery shipment?

Yes. Simply login to your account and go to “subscriptions orders”. Click on the “delivery schedule” option which is located on the left side, next to your auto-delivery product. Individually click on “skip” next to each product and under the pre-scheduled delivery date which corresponds to that particular product as desired.

Can I delay or change my delivery schedule?

Yes. Simply login to your account and go to “subscriptions orders”. Click on the “delivery schedule” option which is located on the left side, next to your auto-delivery product. Click on “edit” next to each product under the pre-scheduled delivery date which corresponds to that particular product. Under “delivery schedule”, click on “change delivery schedule” and update the date as desired. Click “save” and your auto-delivery will resume after the amount of days that you selected.

Can I change my billing information?

Yes. Simply login to your account and go to “subscriptions orders”. Click on “billing information” option which is located on the left side, next to your auto-delivery product(s). Here, you can “edit” your card on file and/or “edit” your billing information. Please note we cannot change your 'billing address' since this is considered a personal and confidential information that you can only change yourself.

Can I change my shipping information?

Yes. Simply login to your account and go to “subscriptions orders”. To change the shipping information for all of your auto-delivery products, click on “edit” right next to the “ships to” line, just below the “subscription orders”. Update your shipping address, or click on “billing same as shipping” if your shipping address and billing address are the same. Click “save” and you’re all set!

To change the shipping information for select auto-delivery product(s) only, individually click on “edit” right next to each product you would like to update. Under the “shipping / billing address” option, click on “edit”. Update your shipping address, or click on “billing same as shipping” if your shipping address and billing address are the same. Click “save”, and repeat the same steps for any other product(s) that you wish to ship to a different address. 

Can I combine my rewards points with my subscription order(s)?

No. Since all auto-delivery product(s) have already been discounted by 15%, you will not be able to combine both discounts. When you are ready to use your rewards points, you can always skip or delay your subscription order(s) and use your rewards points instead.  You can email us at customer service @ alchimie-forever dot com for further assistance. 

How do I know what is/are my current auto-delivery product(s)?

Simply login to your account and go to “subscriptions orders”. Click on “subscriptions”on the left side, here you will find the list of your auto-delivery product(s). 

Can I change my Subscribe & Save delivery day?

  1. Go to Manage Your Subscriptions.

  2. Click "Change delivery date" below your monthly delivery date. On mobile devices, tap “Menu” then tap “Change delivery day"

  3. Use the calendar to select your new delivery day.

  4. Click Confirm.
