Our First Lip Product! Meet Peptide Lip Booster

We’re coming out of the bathroom with our New Peptide Lip Booster, our first-ever lip product!

When we set out to develop a lip product, we knew it needed to provide both immediate and long-term effects - just like the rest of our products. Peptide Lip Booster is a 100% vegan, science-based, volumizing lip treatment. It features Volulip™* and Maxilip™* peptides that plump lips and provide an overall smoothing and firming effect through hyaluronic acid synthesis and collagen stimulation.

This lip product is infused with oils and butters for instant and long-term hydrating benefits. It also contains Swiss Edelweiss extract, highly concentrated in leontopodic acid, and known for its strong antioxidant properties to further promote lips’ youthful appearance.

In addition to using our Peptide Lip Booster regularly, here are some of our Founder’s, Dr. Luigi L. Polla, lip care recommendations:

Don’t smoke (overall a good idea for your general health, also a very good way to avoid lip contour lines).
Don’t ever pick at dryness on your lips – this will end up creating micro-wounds and increase inflammation.
Instead, exfoliate your lips very gently once a week. Our Gentle Refining Scrub is perfect for the lip area, as is a washcloth.
Make sure to remove any lipstick residue every evening before going to sleep, to avoid product buildup. The beauty mantra of “never going to bed with your makeup on” applies to the lips too!
In freezing winter weather, protect your lips from the cold and the wind by wearing a big scarf that covers not only the neck but also the lower part of your face (and hence your lips).
When applying your SPF every morning (as we know you religiously do!), do not avoid the lip area.
Don’t lick your lips, as this will lead to dehydration and dry lips.
If your lips are extra dry, use an occlusive product or lip mask overnight.
Hyaluronic acid injections will help lips look fuller, more youthful, and feel more hydrated.
